Beautiful location, quiet and still close to everywhere you need. Paris room is luxurious & very clean. Friendly staff who welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the information we needed, can't wait to stay again!

Very specific check-in time (2-4pm). It's quite easy to find using Google maps. However, you will need to follow the car park signage to be able to park and not drive into the entrance that Google instructs you to.
Stayed in the LA room, which was very clean, with plenty of interesting decor (especially the 3D taxi in the barbrolm / jet bath tub area!).
The member of staff is extremely accommodating upon arrival and super helpful with any questions you may have. She explained everything really clearly and gave you a little tour of your room and explained how to use the jet bath.
There's a fridge in the room which is handy. The Internet was a little hit and miss, as is the phone signal, but the location is in the middle of nowhere, so that's kind of expected.
The room was very clean. The bathroom was immaculately clean.
Only provided with two big towels, and couldn't find out where / how to get any more towels. But that was only a small side issue.
Continental breakfast is included in the morning.
Would visit again as the area is beautiful. Didn't get much change to explore the area as much as I wanted to. A big folder of information was provided to showcase things to do and places to eat. Also the member of staff was knowledge on local amenities too.
Haven't given 5 stars as the check out time is 10 am. It's slightly early, in my opinion. However, these are the rules of choosing to stay here!

Absolutely incredible night in The Barn. Debbie and her team are absolutely incredible, and no request was too much (specifically when Debbie offered to go upstairs to get more cold beers for us!) Breakfast was a small but varied selection - something even for fussy eaters!
Where do I start with the room? The bed was extremely comfy (we both slept amazing!) The fridge was stocked with bottles of water, a giaaaant jacuzzi bath, complete with fluffy towels and robes, and a vanity area that meant all of my makeup and madness was confined to one area!
The loyalty cards were an additional bonus that we weren't expecting, but shows they care about their visitors!
5/5 would recommend. We're now looking forward to our next visits, with a plan of checking out a different room each visit!

Surprise get away booked by my partner. The hotel was a great escape. Themed room with a massive jacuzzi bath. We didn't have to leave the room for anything. Then breakfast the next morning was a lovely fresh continental

Lovely stay, rooms amazing and very comfortable. Very clean. Tania and Debbie were friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome. Location great can get a bus to Whitby easily and some nice local pubs. Will be returning.

We came to whitby for an impromptu night away and managed to get a late check in at St Hildas in the Reykjavik suite. it was absolutely wonderful and a great place to get away for the night. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up booking a further night! this time we stayed in barn which was equally amazing.
Luxurious and a great place to relax and get away from everything for a few days. continental breakfast was perfect and lovely fresh coffee. room had all amenities and provided bath robes. plates and cutlery in the room so can order food in and we had 2 very nice take aways.
Can't fault the hospitality and cleanliness. everything was perfect and the lady who looked after us (sorry can't remember her name) could not have been more helpful & friendly.
already looking forward to returning and trying the morroco room next hopefully!

Just had an overnight stay in the Reykjavik suite, What a place, amazing facilities, Jacuzzi, Steam room/Shower, 10 minutes to Whitby, Had our breakfast this morning full choice of continental foods, ( try the pancakes and a little Pot of honey ) 100% be back to stay in another room.

We had a lovely stay in the marrakesh suite, the suite was clean and tidy and very well set out. The room had tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge and bar complete with glasses,bottle opener and plates and cutlery. This place is a beautiful hidden gem and a lovely place to spend a quiet night away. The sauna and large jacuzzi bath are a added bonus. Thanks for having us and we will be back!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, we were in the Reykjavik Room, so much better than we imagined, the jacuzzi and steam room are excellent, really comfy bed, superb place to totally relax. Staff very friendly and breakfast was delightful. Will definitely return

If you need to escape this is the spot calm relax let yourself breathe get yourself an amazing space to stay , they have lots of different places . I personally loved the stable go on treat yourself you are worth it.

We stayed in the Cape Town suite and it was amazing, so clean and fresh and the staff are so polite and helpful. The jacuzzi was amazing definitely chilled us out, after a great night sleep the breakfast was superb which we was aloud to take back to our room. We would definitely recommend St hildas complex for anyone looking to relax and chill. Thank you Debbie and all the staff for you excellent hospitality. We will see you again.

Easy to find onsite parking we were met by Debbie who was welcoming friendly and told us everything we needed to know she really is an asset. The room Reykjavik was beautiful absolutely spotless and the comfiest bed we have ever slept on. Huge jacuzzi bath and steam room all easy to use. Was a shame we only booked for one night will definitely recommend it is close enough to walk to staitges and Runswick Bay just a perfect place to stay.
